Upon arrival refrigerate. It is normal for your Sea Moss to be in liquid form during travel.  No worries. It’s safe to consume after you refrigerate for a few hours.

How long will my Sea Moss Gel last?

Sea Moss Gel last for 3 weeks refrigerated and 4-6 months in the freezer. 

What's the shipping time?

Sea Moss Queen by Sophia Lynn ships via UPS (3-5 days). Priority Mail is an option for faster Shipping  which takes 2 days on orders placed during business hours Monday - Friday. Processing time is 1-2 days. All Sea Moss Gel orders are made to order to ensure highest freshness and quality.

How does local pick-ups work?

When placing an order for local-up in Richmond, VA please allow 24 hours for your order to process. A team member will then send you a text message from, ( 804) 471- 3889 confirming pick-up time. Our pick-up location is outside the Treat Shop at 6114 Jahnke Rd, Richmond, VA 23225
